Suffering from Sensitive Gut? Find Simple Solutions to Tackle It

Is your stomach feeling full, bloated, gassy, constipated or does it feel like indigestion, diarrhea or heart burn? Blame your sensitive gut. No doubt, these symptoms can be very troubling and can interfere with your day’s activities. Often people complain at least one of these problems, if not all.

What is a gut? Gut constitutes the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and colon — which convert the food you eat into the nutrients to help you survive and live. It can become sensitive when it cannot perform its function at its optimum.
Digestive problems are one of the most common issues that make people visit their doctors. You may have had a meal half hour ago, and you feel bloated with abdominal pain, belching, discomfort, or a burning sensation in the upper belly. You could also throw up or feel nauseated. You call it an upset stomach, though medically this is called “dyspepsia” or indigestion.
